Onsite Support & Training pricing:
- MYR 200.00 for 1st 2 hours and subsequent hours is MYR 50
- Payment Term: Cash upon completion.
- Currently our onsite support & training is only available within Klang Valley
- Outside Klang Valley, travelling charges may incur.
Remote Support & Training pricing
- MYR 100.00 for 1st 2 hours and subsequent hours is MYR 25
- Payment Term: Prepaid.
- Remote support & training is only available during office hours. After office hours additional charges may incur.
Phone Support pricing
- Free for the first year, subsequently MYR 500 per year
- Payment Term: Prepaid.
- Phone support is unlimited during office hours. After office hours additional charges may incur.
