Our versatile and dedicated support teams offer a flexible support experience based on the level of service you need.

Free web-based support for all Just Raise a ticket with Sales or Support to get an answer typically within 24 hours. We tend to focus a majority of our support on the public forums for all to enjoy. Our techs monitor the forums aggressively so if you post a question it shouldn't sit idle long.

We also offered premium paid phone support on a per-incident basis. We promise to resolve your issue if with minimum time as possible. In the (rare) instance the issue at hand turns out to be a bug in our software the cost is double.

  • Onsite Support & Training pricing:
  • MYR 200.00 for 1st 2 hours and subsequent hours is MYR 50
  • Payment Term: Cash upon completion.
  • Currently our onsite support & training is only available only 50km radiance from our office. More than 50km, travelling charges may incur.
  • Remote Support & Training pricing
  • MYR 100.00 for 1st 2 hours and subsequent hours is MYR 25
  • Payment Term: Prepaid.
  • Remote support & training is only available during office hours.  After office hours additional charges may incur.
  • Phone Support pricing
  • Free for the first year, subsequently MYR 500 per year
  • Payment Term: Prepaid.
  • Phone support is unlimited during office hours.  After office hours additional charges may incur.
